We use TNT, Citylink, Parceline and Royal Mail to deliver your order depending on the size, weight and type of products you've ordered.

All of our delivery services are "signed for". This means that the carrier will only deliver the goods if there is someone to sign for and accept the delivery.

If there isn't anyone available when the carrier tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card with details of when they attempted to deliver and their contact information so you can arrange to collect the goods, or re-arrange delivery.

If you choose to collect from the carrier, you will need to take some form of ID.

The carriers will only hold the goods for a limited number of days, therefore it is important that you get in touch with them ASAP.

Super Save - (Small and low value item £30 or less) - £1.99 - 2-5 days
Standard - (Small items or low value item £30 or less) - £4.99 - Next Day
Courier - (Large high value items £30 or above) - £6.99 - Next day delivery

All orders need to be placed before 3pm for next day delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm the same day (subject to stock availability) Delivery times are dependent on the performance of the chosen service and the delivery time-scales are a guideline only. Around 98% deliveries by courier are for next day.

The above delivery charges are flat rate, inclusive of VAT and for delivery to England, Wales and Southern Scotland. For other destinations please contact us first before placing an order.

In some cases if you ordered 1 or more items, they may be dispatched from different warehouses using your chosen delivery method, so they may arrive separately but you will not be charged any extra.
