• Most companies charge a call-out fee and then bill you by the hour for the engineer’s labour. At Save My Printer our call-out fee covers all the labour costs, however long it takes to repair. The only additional cost is the parts we use.
• We charge nothing at all if we fail to fix your printer, although we should warn you this is highly unlikely – 98% of printers are repaired on the first visit!
• On the rare occasions when we need to take your printer away to be fixed, we’ll provide you with a replacement in the meantime.
• If you have more than one printer to repair all additional printers will be charged at £39 plus parts.
• All repairs carry a 3 month guarantee.

All prices quoted are for a next-day service. A same-day service is available for a £20 premium.
